The owner is an excellent nail tech, specializes in gels, very creative. My experience is constant interruptions while having my nails done, always kept waiting for periods of time. Either before or during either late, taking phone calls, or leaving to deal with the business. Spa could be cleaner, very cluttered. Nicely decorated. Pedicures are wonderful. Polly is highly skilled, pleasant, punctual tech.
Stylists are very skilled/award winning. Stacy, highly skilled with color, geni with blow dryer, listens to what client wants. Creative.
Desk staff needs to be more receptive, difficult to change appts, or make an appt that is not standing. As a rule reception is not helpful- long wait to have call returned if it is.
