I have gone to Kingston Springs Animal Hospital for years and have always been happy. Over the past year, however, several new staff members have been added. The new receptionists are very rude and unprofessional. I recently called on a Saturdayand told the receptionist that my dog had been hit by a car and was on my way. I was told that ""You better be here by 12 because we close at 12."" I will only continue to go to this clinic because I like the veterinarians and vet techs so much.
Pros: very inexpensive, great veterinarians
