Citikids staff is amazingly knowledgeable and will even point you to a competitor store if there's something you want that they don't stock. That's true customer service in my mind! The crib section is a little too cluttered to be effective, but it's a great place to check out strollers & car seats! Plus all the baby stuff is oh so cute...
