In trying to book an appointment for a dog with a chronic health problem, I was told in a very rude manner that I was not allowed to speak to a vet until my dog had a chart and was an established patient. I have a puppy with a chronic condition, and an acute problem. The rude desk person refused to listen to my questions which would have maximized my upcomming visit there. The vets are supposed be great, but the front desk is rude, unprofessional, and not geared toward patient care.
