This used to be a great place to eat because it was new, featured private lot parking, and more seating than most of the other IHOP places. They forgot to mention the service is atrocious, prices are up, and has some of the nosiest ambiance I've heard (read: babies!). Try another business that specializes in brunch, it starts with a D.
