We have done our banking with America's First for over twenty years. I have never had a serious problem with my accounts, either savings or checking. Only once was an error ever made, and that was straightened out immediately by phone. The tellers at most branches are efficient and friendly. The downtown branch does get really busy on Friday afternoons.
