I visited Bluehour for the first time. My friend and I went for happy hour and sat in the bar. First impression was that the space itself was very well done: trendy was the first word that sprang to mind. However, the bar stools and the tiny bar tables were not very comfortable. Our table was positioned directly over a vent blowing cold air! The service was a bit slow. The speciality drink we ordered--Spice Sidecars--was one of the best bar creations I have ever had. We ordered five happy hour apps (for a food total of $15). The food we had was ordinary to bad. The bruschetta was a mess of either overwhelming or underwhelming toppings. The pizza was at best average. The homemade mozzarella lacked flavor. Beautiful space, great drinks, mediocre service, food so-so. Go for happy hour and save your money to spend on great food elsewhere!
Pros: drinks, atmosphere, scene
