Very poor customer service and rude response.
We were three families togather. My child (8 months old) and my friends wife was pregnent and we had planned to go to Sitar. Called up this guy and asked him for how long they were open and the gentleman sand buffet is open till 3:00. We all reached there around another 2:40 and when we went in that guy said we are closed and when i asked I had called I was told that they were open till 3:00. That guy rudely replied you all wont finish by 3:00 anyway. I felt very bad we had to go around and search for another place in that cold weather.
