Firestone gave themselves job security with my car. After they fixed my car, I needed it towed back to them so they could fix it again because it wasn't able to be driven. They fixed the problem, added extra's and then charged us for the towing. Now there is an oil leak, we took it in to someone else, they said it was because of some previous work we had done on our car, someone didn't put in a drive axel correctly. Go figure.... Way to go Firestone, way to go.
