They have very competitive prices. They're even a little bit cheaper than some of the big chains. We needed to order parts for our oven, and the man was very knowledgable and helpful. When the parts didn't come in when we expected, the man tracked the order down and gave us a better idea of when they would be in. We were very happy with their service.
