This credit union is always very helpful. Their computer system is very efficent and they can always find my info for any number of accounts or loans from just my name or one account number, everything is connected. The woman that heped us with our car loans was exceedingly personable and helpful. The drive through tellers are always nice and the hours for drive-up and walk-in are great. It is a little out of the way, on the other side of Champaign from where we live but I would not change banks even if it were closer and cheaper.
