Banfield has the great idea of a hospital/clinic inside of PetSmart. They offer late hours during the week, which is great for those who work all day. Also, when the visit is over, you can reward your pet for being good by buying them a new toy in PetSmart. Unfortunately, they always have a different doctor on staff because they are fresh out of school and this is the first job placement for them. The wait, even with an appointment, has led me to sit for up to 2 1/2 hours. Of course use your own judgement if you are interested in using this hospital, but i don't recommend them.
PROS: Inside of PetSmart and late hours.
CONS: New doctors every visit and long waits.
