I would not do business with Zins for they first have a 40 service fee and when plumber came to look at my tub faucet he said he did not know what the cost would be until he removed the tile. He said he could correct the leaky faucet (which all it need was a washer) for 275.00 - that would be in addition to the service fee. We paid the 40 and my husband repaired the drip.
