While many businesses come and go in the downtown area, Palace Jewelers is an institution. They offer good prices and quality service. My husband and I bought our engagement and wedding rings there, and my family has taken numerous watches, rings and other pieces of jewelry there for repairs over the years. I've even picked up a few Beanie Babies at the store.
