Office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Grounds people definely on the ball if something breaks. Often have parties with free food and gifts for residents in order to promote something. Affordable rent, that is, relative to the sky rocketing prices in this town. However, be warned the nearby train is extremely loud at times. Often loud enough to jolt you out of a deep sleep.
