We purchased a heat pump from these people. They gave us a very good price and they have been wonderful in their maintenance. We had a small problem at installation time which was not a big deal at all, but they felt so bad that they sent me flowers! I have been impressed especially with their follow up maintenance, and they send me reminders which helps so much.
