We rented U Haul trucks and trailors whenever we were moving to our new house. The trucks and trailors were satisfactory, there was nothing wrong with them. However, the staff wasn't very helpful or very friendly in the slightest. Although the trucks themselves were fine, I wouldn't go back for moving purposes because the people can be very harsh.
