although the sprint do not win for pricing, their service are outstanding. and the signal of the cell phone is also good although it is not the best. I remember that i called sprint customer service center a couple of times and i did not have to wait for a long time to speak to a real person.you know, nowadays automated answering system is practically everywhere. i had experience of waiting for a hour. i think i was trained on my patiance.
