My husband and I discovered Maison Akira several years ago, and love to go there on our birthdays. The hostess and staff always remember us and make us feel very welcome. The Prix Fixe menus are outstanding, (especially with thoughtful wine parings) and Chef Hirose always changes his ingredients seasonally. Don't miss the Chilean seabass or the lavendar creme brulee. The dining room is romantic and we always sit near the fire place. The Sunday brunch is excellent as well. Overall, one of our favorite restaurants.
