The staff was downright cocky to my wife and I during our first visit. Unless we planned on spending $25,000 on a home theater system, he wasn't interested in giving us helpful advice. Not to mention he failed to LISTEN to his customer: we are set on a front projector and all he wanted to do was push Plasma TVs. Trying to get worthwhile information from him without him telling us his opinion on what he likes was like pulling teeth. A waste of time
