This place was soo dissappointing. I purchased a promotional offer and was looking forward to a new cut and style which were promised with the offer. I waited for almost two hours after having my hair shampooed for the stylist to cut my hair which he spent all of five minutes on (i dont think he could have possibly cut all my hair in that amount of time). Very pretentious, did not even apoligize for making me wait and sent me on my merry way while my hair was still wet!! This was the worst hair cut I have ever gotten.
