I've been taking Saabs here since 1998. Jim and JJ run a great shop. They do good quality work, are quick and responsive, and are accomodating to the occasional DIYer. Excellent communication and friendly service. Also willing to suggest or install used parts on higher mileage cars at fair prices. They special order parts quickly and without extra charge. Only downsides for the customer in my view is they are not open on Saturdays and I don't like the New Hope Commons area. But it's probably convenient for most of their customers.
