It took them almost a year to contact me and tell me that I was sending my payment to the wrong address. They don't always let you know about amended holiday schedules. Sometimes they come at 7 in the morning, other times it's not until later at night. They are very fast and efficient when they do pick up the trash. The guys are really nice and friendly.
