Absolute Professionalism from the valiat to hostess to the busboy. Since it was a hour wait, we chose to eat in the Lounge area. Frankie was our server and answered all our question from choices of wines to the catch of the day. My wife had the steak sandwich and I had the spinach salad w/pineapple and bacon dressing and Kajiki(blue fin Marlin). Each bite was better than the first. We ended our dinner with coffee(better than Starbucks) and desert. Frankie was an absolutley perfect waitress, she addressed all our needs w/sincerity and a smile. If she is a model for the rest of the wait staff then the whole staff should receive a 5 star rating!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The ambience was perfect from the fish tanks to the waterfalls. Since we don't dine out frequently with out kids this was worth the $95.00(bill plus $20.00 tip) that we spent.
