Whe I checked in the room was warm so I asked that maintenance take a look at the unit. The guy held his hand 3 inches from the vent told me it was working fine although I was sweating. I'm sure that CHECKING the unit meant more than holding a hand over it. The front desk said there was nothing they could do since all the South Beach Group hotels were sold out. After complaining all weekend with no work done on the unit and the last day of my stay, the front dest attendant lied and said again that there were no rooms until I told her how many days we had gone with out A/C.
The manger nor any representative from South Beach Group hotels returned my phone call or email to address my complaint. If you are looking for quality and service this place it not it.
Pros: happy hour, location, music
Cons: no customer service, Inadeuate A/C, No Manager on duty
