Hardly any cream cheese. they NEVER spread it, just a gloop in the middle. Almost never get the order right. Staffed by a bunch of airhead high schoolers that are more concerned with their hair than service. Managment tries but it is hands down the worst bagel store ever....And EXPENSIVE.
