I have heard that Dr. Blais is a good doctor. Unfortunately, his office has become so busy that my mother has been seen by his P.A. the last three visits. The P.A. informed my mother that she could only hear about 3 issues per visit. Because my mother wasn't able to tell the P.A. about ALL of her health issues, she was taken to the emergency room one week later for something that would have been easily caught if this office had given her the chance to talk about it. Their office staff is rude and inconsiderate and I would never recommend sending someone you love here until they think a bit more holistically and stop dismissing patient concerns because of time constraints.
