As a professional recruiter, I have used recruiters for job seeking and to seek employees. I sought out this firm (through the yellow pages) to find a job. They conducted no testing or reference check. I was sent out on interviews with only an hour or two notice. I was sent on an interview for a job paying 40% less than my required salary. While I was on assignment, they did a poor job of representing me. Their unprofessional practices left the employer frustrated and me without a job. As an employer, I would NEVER use this agency. An employer could not be certain of the applicants qualifications. As an employee, I would not seek employement from this agency. I would want someone to know exactly who they are representing on both sides (employee and employer). I would want someone as my advocate. This agency did not represent me well.
