Dr. Julia Baum works in this office. By sheer LUCK I found her. What a gem. Gentle, compassionate, highly skilled as a dentist, and great person. She works for Dr. Partovy who owns the practice. His front office staff is mentally ""limited"" to be kind. Billing is an absoulute nightmare. I was threatened with collection for a bill they never even bothered to submit to insurance. It's like you are BOTHERING the front office staff to ask a question about a bill. I spoke w/ Partovy briefly. He seemed kind. I do agree that there is huge mark up here on their products---rent is high in Marina Del Rey and Dr. Partovy wants his pot of gold as pay back for his long years of schooling. All of this being said, if you go to Dr. Baum I guarantee you will be happy. Mike P.
