We like our new countertops, BUT Bay Cabinets and Countertops damaged our flooring while doing the install, will not return phone calls, have yet to provide us the cutting board that is part of the agreement, and showed up to install the countertops without letting us know they were coming. The did not bring all their needed tools and floor padding, etc. and then asked my wife for our blankets to use during the install! Very unprofessional!!!
