I made an appointment for my son to visit the dentist. When we arrive 10 minutes early we saw the office was jammed full. We signed in and waited for our turn. when it was 20 minutes past the hour I went to the desk and asked for an appro. time we still had to wait. The lady was rude to say the least. After waiting 20 more minutes 40 minutes late for our appointment we decided to leave and find another dentist.
