I RECENTLY ENDED MY CELL PHONE PLAN WITH SPRINT AFTER THEY STARTED PUTTING BOGUS CHARGES ON MY BILL AND MAKING IT A LOT HIGHER THAN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE. I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER LINE SEVERAL TIMES ONLY TO BE RUN AROUND IN CIRCLES LIKE I WAS SOME IDIOT. I FINALLY JUST DECIDED TO CANCEL AND THEY FOOTED ME WITH A 350$ BILL. I PAYED THEM YET THEY STILL PUT A NEGATIVE ON MY CREDIT HISTORY. SINCE THEN ALL MY FRIENDS WITH SPRINT HAVE SWITCHED AND I HOPE EVERYONE ELSE WHO HAS THE SAME PROBLEM AS I DOES TO
