While the hotel itself, as well as the rooms, looked nice, we had numerous problems during our stay, and the management was less than willing to help. The area is nice for downtown Baltimore - you can see Camden Yards and M&T Stadium from some of the rooms - and it is only a short walk (straight down the street a few blocks) to the Inner Harbor where the Aquarium, ESPN Zone, etc. are located. However, the stay was not very pleasant. People were smoking on a non-smoking floor and were extremely loud, and while someone did come up one time, the problems did not stop, and nobody came up again. We were charged the wrong price for our room (and the woman was very rude when we asked her to change it). We were given concierge service for the weekend, even though the room is closed from Friday night until Sunday night (making it pointless for us to have it), and we encountered numerous other small problems happened throughout the weekend.
