I took my girlfriend to La Residence for our anniversary dinner - certainly one not to be forgotten. Ms. Gualtieri was extremely accomodating - we were given a private table by the window with a beautiful flower arrangement, rose petals, and a fantastic champagne. The service was fantastic - the chef himself came out to wish us a happy anniversary at the end of our meal. I had the beef carpaccio appetizer and the shrimp skewer dinner, both of which were fantastic. My girlfriend had the potato leek soup and the grouper entree - she's typically not one to clean her plate, but she did here. The deserts are exactly as you would expect, light and almost too good to eat. Our deserts were garnished with a piece of candy that said ""Happy Anniversary."" Thank you to the entire staff at La Residence for a wonderful romantic evening!
