I tried Cooper Alley for about 9 months. I went to three different colorists and never got the same color twice and never even got close to what I was asking for. The product they use, Wella, produces a very flat red color and fades tremendously. I travelled quite a distance to go back to my regular colorist (who had moved out of the area) to get color correction.
I do not recommend this salon other than aesthetically (it is very beautiful inside). I also found that the stylists were quite bitchy. I had one stylist actually complain to me about another customer who was in the shop at the time! Very unprofessional. Also, they are soooo super expensive. Not at all worth the money.
