We dropped in on Hammerhead Fred's staff about 30 minutes before closing in one week night in Sept 05. Normally, if you do this in a lot of restaurants, you get rude and tired waiters or waitresses, but not the case at Hammerhead Fred's. The service was top notch and the food was great. I make a list of places to go back to when I am in town the next time, and Hammerhead Fred's is high on my list for Panama City Beach!
