Upon arrival to sign documents to close on our new home at assigned time, we were told to come back the next day. Dockets from the Lake Oswego office was sent via the computer to be downloaded by a new staff member. She did not know how to download the documents, or use a phone to notify us of this problem. The staff member that was to handle this situation was sent home early and our appointment changed to the following day that we had to close on. We had to cancel our flight out of town for my father in law's funeral.
Cons: incompetance, no customer service, inconsiderate
