My appointment was on a Friday during the day and my stylist did nothing but complain about how busy she was and how she wasn't going to get to eat lunch. Spoke to me less than two minutes then talked to the other hairdressers the rest of the time I was in the chair. I wanted to stop the haircut and walk out. I guess the cut was technically a "shag" but there was absolutely nothing stylish about it. Overhead flourescent lights were not flattering.
Pros: near the Galleria
Cons: grouchy staff, no ambiance
