The owners are the friendliest people you will ever encounter when shopping for furniture. They aren't just trying to make a sale, they really love what they are doing and want people to have exactly what they are looking for. I bought a futon from them about 7 years ago and it is still in great shape. And when I moved and lost all the hardware, they were able to quickly get me a replacement set.
