I first dined here 6 months after they opened. Back then the food was not memorable at all and the service was too young, inexperienced and sloppy at best. Well now (jan 05, 3 years later) the service has not improved much, the exceptions were the stellar hostess and our server who was good. The bartender was literally a train wreck. Overlooked on our table when we were sat was a oil spill or stain in the center of the tablecloth. A bad pairing was the very sweet sorbet on the oysters. The ""confit"" foie was a little bloody and the texture wasn't pleasing. The stuffed rabbit leg was very dry. Desserts were good. Wine list exceptional. Cannot recommend, but would stay at the hotel again.
