We chose the North Raleigh Hilton as the site for our wedding reception... which turned out to be a bad idea. The hotel rooms were so-so, but over half of our 30 out of town guests had problems at check in, including my parents. The staff was completely indifferent and did not go out of their way to assist guest with anything. Our wedding "coodinator" was a complete disaster, and fogot about our appointments on several occassions. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone planning a wedding reception or other large event.
