Overall I enjoyed this restaurant, however Wildfire is definately a step below the Manny's / Capital Grille type restaurants. I ordered the steak and lobster. The steak was very good and cooked exactly the way I wanted it (Medium). The lobster tail was smaller and more expensive than expected. Our waitor disappeared on us for 15 minutes after we finished our meal, as we were planning to catch a movie after dinner. I was very suprised when I asked for a side of bernaise and was told that they don't have that, even one of their menu steak items has a crusted bernaise topping. Very weird. I would go back though.
