On several occasions, I and others in the AMC Harmar Theaters have been subjected to audio quality so bad as to destroy any decent movie experience. Apparantly, most movie goers don't care, which I find tragically sad. I can manage to curb my anger until the sound quality dips below that of an MP3 compressed recording. Also apparant is the fact that AMC Harmar Theaters don't care much about quality either. As long as too many of us don't ask for our money back, the theater management will let the bottom line guide their conscience. Quality is a foreign word to them
