I get take out from Ginza once or twice a month since they've first opened. The food is always so so fresh. Although you have to wait in a small hallways it's worth it. They often will offer you hot tea while you wait for take out if it's not so busy. I have never waited more than 10 mins for sushi and cooked food even when its busy. Ginza is new and well lit along with the waitstaff who always so nice. You can mostly get away with parking right along the side of the building for short visit.
