After getting my coffee from Starbucks for the last two years and being really fed up with the lousy service and usually cold, bitter coffee I tried Waterfront Coffee because I moved to Edmonds - and I was not disappointed. They use Vita which is great. The service is usually very good and the coffee is outstanding. The one downside is that when they have more than a couple of customers in line, it may take a good long while before you get your coffee.
