I must say that the Tap goes far beyond the Hamburger in what is rated as one of the best. There is venison, rabbit, pork sandwich, chicken pot pie, some of the best seafood, duck confit, wonderful beet salad, homemade potato chips, great fries. Carolynn is one of the top young chefs in the city and she uses the best and freshest ingredients she can find in every season. She uses local growers and thereby supports them for their hard work and the care that goes into everything they do. So go and have fun - its an eclectic group of customer and no TV! You can actually have a nice conversation. Roof top dining and a larger and new 2nd floor dining space. Paul and Will have done a great job.
