I have lived in the area for close to 3 years now, and have visited the ICM a half dozen times. Although the ice cream is good, I feel that the wait and the cost for ice cream here is poor. There is always a long wait on any evening, and what line you are waiting in can at times be confusing. It costs about $6.00 for my husband and I to get two small cones. Right down the road is a small antique store called Pentimento's. In addition to selling interesting artifacts, one can visit their vintage ice cream shop. Their ice cream is delicious and much cheaper than the ICM.
If you live in North Cumberland, I would stop by Pentimento's for a much more enjoyable ice cream experience!
