Three of us ate at Rio last night (Wednesday). We had a reservation at 7 and were seated immediately- the restaurant was not full during our visit. The meats were fantastic, especially the picannha, garlic beef, and bacon-wrapped filet. Try the Brazilian national cocktail to get the full experience. We've been to one of the original Brazilian steakhouses in the US- Fogo in Dallas. I must say that Rio is not as nice or sophisticated as Fogo, but it's a great start and the meats at Rio are wonderful. The salad bar at Rio is nice, but doesn't compare to Fogo- but you don't go to this place for salad so it's not a big deal. The key lime pie and chocolate mousse were good too, but again the beef is what you'll remember. I hope the new Rio in Cary will surpass the Raleigh location in many ways.
Pros: The Beef, All You Care to Eat, Great Cocktail
