I like Kabuki. Ive been going here since i was in college in CSUN. Very consistent menu and the fish is good. Large selection of sushi in the new creative styles rolls...and i am glad that after all these years their sushi has maintained the quality. It is definitely above average sushi..and the rolls are great. Price is also reasonable.
The only thing i was disappointed about Kabuki is sometimes they dont carry the not-so common sushi like Toro, Kampachi, Ankimo, Uni, Seki Saba...etc. They chose to go the lesser expensive selection of the Hamachi, Salmon, saba, albacore..etc. But, even at this, their sushi is still very good. Although, due to the exception...i rate this place only above average.
