I'm always excited to check out a new seafood restaurant and Roy's was no exception. Unfortunatly it was a very dissapointing experience. My girlfriend and I went on a Tuesday evening, not busy at all, we each ordered the shellfish combo, shrimp and scallops. For $26 each we recieved 4 sub par grilled shrimp and 2 above average scallops, some rice that had been under the light to long(the restaurant was at about 10% capacity), 1 shoot and some sliced carrots. For 8 shirmp, 4 scallops, calamari(average), a cup of coffee and an ice tea that came when I was done with my meal the cost without tip was $69. I'd just assume go to Captains next time.
